This is the privacy policy for SuperKalmi Team and all its versions (collectively referred to as "Kalmi," "us," "we," or "our"), which is incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Use. In this privacy policy, we refer to our products and services as "Services." Please continue reading to learn more about our data processing practices. Your use of the Services indicates your acceptance of the terms of this privacy policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Services.

Our services are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from anyone under the age of 18, nor do we knowingly allow such individuals to use our services. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register for our services or provide any personal information. If we become aware that someone under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete such information. The personal data we collect depends on how you interact with us, the services you use, and the choices you make.

For certain features, face verification is required to protect your interests. Kalmi will not use your facial information for any other purposes.

 

During registration, we read your SIM card country information to determine if you're within our service area and the applicable laws. We do not collect contact information or phone number permissions. Kalmi will not use your SIM card country information for any other purposes.

 

User Content: While using Kalmi services, you can contribute various forms of content including but not limited to comments, text messages, images, videos, and recordings. All data uploaded through the app is considered "User Content." Kalmi retains and processes these communications and related information to comply with applicable content regulations in relevant jurisdictions.

 

Identifiers of You and Your Device: When using our services, we automatically log your Internet Protocol (IP) address and device-related information including device identifiers (such as MAC address), device type; operating system; browser; and other software on your device including type, version, language settings. As described further in the Web Beacons and Other Technologies section below, our services use technology to automatically collect and store identifiers like those described here.

 

By choosing to share this information, you should understand that you may no longer control how it is used and it may become public (partially depending on your actions or those of others with whom you share the information). Kalmi is not responsible for any use or misuse of shared information. Additionally, if a conversation partner reports abusive behavior or language from you to us via voice notes/screenshots/conversation content stored only on their device may be transmitted to our servers. If necessary, we will process such transferred data to verify the report's authenticity and determine appropriate penalties.

 

When asked to provide personal data, you may decline. You can use web browser or operating system controls to block certain types of automatic data collection. However, if you choose not to provide or permit required data for specific services or features they may be unavailable or function improperly.

We adhere to the principle of data minimization when collecting and using your data, ensuring it is only used for the following purposes:

Our processing activities also include system scans to detect and filter malicious content closely monitoring abuse or prohibited images actively leveraging user reports to address potential issues ensuring content safety user safety.

For example, we may tell advertisers how many users our application receives. You can control your profile settings and modify them at any time via the Kalmi application. Your profile is available for viewing by other users who connect with you on Kalmi.


  7. Outbound Links: If you access websites, products or services provided by a third party through our service or Kalmi website, such third party may collect your information. Please review each such third party's privacy policy for more details on how they use collected information. This privacy policy does not apply to any exchanges of information between you and any third party.


  8. Third-party Technology Providers: Third parties such as analytics providers, personalization companies, fraud prevention partners, security firms, and advertising companies also use technologies through our websites and apps to collect personal data as described in the Web Beacons and Other Technologies section above.

Options for Personal Data

Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to access, know, correct, and delete your personal data. If you wish to access your personal data, you can do so by logging into the Kalmi service you use and viewing some of the personal data associated with your account. You also have the right to request more information about how we collect, use, disclose, or sell your personal data, including requesting a copy of your personal data. Security of Personal Data

Protecting user privacy and personal information is a top priority for the SuperKalmi Team and Kalmi. We strive to ensure the privacy of all personally identifiable information you provide to us. To help us safeguard your personal data, we recommend using strong passwords, not sharing your password with anyone, and not using the same password across different websites or accounts. When you delete your account, Kalmi will cease providing services to you and will delete or anonymize your personal information as required by applicable law.

Storage and processing of personal data

The personal data we collect may be stored and processed in your country or region, or in any other country where we or our affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, or third-party partners process data. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that regardless of where the data is located, it will be processed and protected in accordance with this statement and applicable laws. Your data will be retained during your active period and will be kept until you have not used our app for more than 3 years. If you delete your account, your account information will be retained for 30 days for the purpose of handling account closure and related matters. 

Changes to Privacy Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at our discretion. You can review updates to our privacy policy at any time via a link on our website. You agree to receive electronic communications from the SuperKalmi Team and/or postings of revised privacy policies. By using the Kalmi website, you agree that such electronic communications or postings constitute notice of changes to your privacy policy. Please review frequently.

When we make changes to this statement, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the statement. If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you by posting the revised privacy policy or by posting a notice on our website, or as required by law.
