Welcome to DayDoodle, a creative doodling application brought to you by the DayDoodle Team ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DayDoodle mobile application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the App.
User Registration
1. To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep such information up-to-date.
2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions taken under your account. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party and to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the App and our business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the App in any media formats and through any media channels.
2. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit and use your User Content and that such content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you and applies to your use of the App. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
